In order to complete this exercise, the person must push the weight above their head while keeping their trunk and torso erect and stable. In contrast to the conventional shoulder pressing motion, the push’s direction can be changed based on your position in relation to the bar’s angle. You can change this action to have them push out and forward if they have trouble pushing straight over head. The torsonator can be used in a variety of ways to train the core.
